I haven’t posted in a few days, let me try to get caught up with where I’m at on stuff.
Starfire –
Chase got the chestpiece cut down, it looks so much better. Today we’ll be airbrushing the suit, and once that’s done I can finish hemming it. My new boots should be arriving tomorrow, and once they come I’ll whip up new boot covers (won’t be hard, I can take the ones off the first pair and use them as pattern). We’re having some trouble matching paint for the gauntlets to my material – but we bought some new yesterday so maybe that will work.
The only major thing we haven’t gotten to is the collar. We have some material for it, we just need to make sure it will work.
Wonder Woman –
I’m finishing the bodice today. I’ve got the skirt panels made, I haven’t made the side pieces yet since I want to have the bodice done before I do, so I can get them place correctly. Chase is making my tiara today, and once that’s done I can finish the wig. Chase has got the shoulder piece, shield, and shinguards just about finished, just need another coat of paint, and last night he was sculpting the eagle section of the sword, he’s molding that today.
Green Arrow –
I remade the sleeves and got them put in last night. Ran out of bobbin so I didn’t finish the neckline like I wanted.
Glinda –
I finished the wig, just waiting on Chase to finish painting the crown so I can decorate it.
Repairs –
I redid the top of Giselle, took the shoulder wrap off and made a new one, and fixed the shape of the top of the pink dress.
